Returns & Refunds
1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been dispatched.
All sales are final.
2. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product must be provided

The parcel must not be discarded until reviewed
If damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds in this instance - replacement only.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours

Provide clear photos of the received product
Once verified, we will arrange the correct replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched.
